Xtensible Real Estate Management System has officially launched! Designed to power your custom built real estate website while allowing you to manage listing inventory and buyer and renter contacts. Thanks to our "Shared Platform," we are able to offer this product at a very competitive rate: only $995 for the first year and $495 annual renewal fee.

Xtensible Real Estate Management System is a web platform that allows Real Estate Brokers to easily manage their office inventory and website. The application automatically updates listings on your website, eliminating the need for technical skills and time to maintain a real estate website. Our platform will allow you to have a professional website in less time at much less the cost of competing products. As a management suite you'll also be able to easily track all of your sales and rental listings, as well as prospective buyers and tenants.

Version 1.0 will be released in Q4 2007. Version 1.1 is scheduled for release in Q1 2008. Feature enhancements will always be made available to our customers for free, immediately, and seamlessly after release.

Do Not Call List Registry Check - Enterprise Edition is designed for medium to large organizations that market by telephone. It quickly and efficiently scans company contact lists and cross references FTC Do Not Call lists to mark any contacts that are on the Do Not Call Registry. Do Not Call List Registry Check is a Double-Time Software product and has been keeping companies Do Not Call compliant since 2004. Xtensible Web Solutions is developing the first web based version of the product, making the application more attractive to larger organizations that would like one centralized DNC program for all employees to use.
